It gives me great pleasure to announce that the State Court Administrative Office has produced a new video featuring my top 10 tips for parties to prepare for and make the most of mediation. An announcement went out today from Doug Van Epps, Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution, to the ADR Community with a link that
a) suggests to attorneys representing clients that parts of the video may help optimize their and their clients time with the mediator,
b) suggests to mediators that they share the video with clients in preparation for mediation, and
c) suggests to CDRP centers that they invite participants to review segments of the video prior to attending a session.

I hope you like it!
