When we began mediation, I did not think there was much hope of the parties to our dispute reaching a resolution. Through several innovative techniques I have never seen employed, Mr. Stark was able to get the parties to agree to what I believe was a fair settlement.

Shel Stark Awarded Top Honor From ADR Section of Michigan State Bar

On October 24, 2023, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan awarded Shel Stark their top honor, the Distinguished Service Award.
